2 cheese & Turkey Mexican Pizzas
4 oz. softened cream cheese
2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp ground cumin
2 torillas
2 oz smoked turley breast cut into strips
1/2 cup black beans
1/2 cup corn
1 diced tomate
1/2 cup shredded cheese
2 TBsp chopped cilantro

1)Heat oven to 425 degrees
2)line cookie sheet with foil and spray
3) in a small bowl mix crem cheese, lime juice, and cumin until blended
4)spread cream cheese mixture evenly over torillas
5)place on cookie sheet top with turkey, beans, corn, tomato, and cheese
6)bake 5 mins until cheese is melted
7)sprinkle cilantro and cut into wedges

***Rated: Lets just say kirk took one bite and threw the rest away....I finished half.....***
