This craft was so cheap and so SUPER EASY! I got this idea from Craft-O-Maniac. That is such a great blog! I got my Napkins on sale and since I have no Valentine decor I thought I could do a few for that purpose.
So cute huh? Now I am not sure where I will put them but they can go pretty much anywhere.
I will keep looking.
Also, I found this cute picture on-line and added some color I'm not sure what I will do with it any ideas? I don't just want to put it in a frame.
