1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup bread crumbs

1/2 lb ground beef
1/4 cup ketchup
2 TBsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp Worcestershire
1/8 tsp rubbed sage

in bowl:
*beat egg, add milk,bread crumbs, onions, salt, sage and pepper, crumble beef over and mix well.
*shape into 2 small loaves in a shallow baking dish sprayed with cooking spray
*combine ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire and spoon over meatloaf
*bake at 350 for 40-45 mins
*drain
