Conference this last weekend was amazing and we did do a few of the things I pinned.

Ours was slightly more...well cheap and less crafty...We used cups and post-it notes.
But it worked just as well. The kids listened so well and then during the break they got to run out all their sugar outside.
We also saw a great idea about building a tent before conference and talking about King Benjamin and how they had their tents and the doors were open to listen to the King. I loved the idea. (here)
So we made out own tent. The kids had a ball listening in it and building it.
