step
1: cut strips of tulle (any length you want, I left these a bit longer
I would probably cut them shorter next time and not do as many of them)
step 2: fold the strip in half and slip knot (?) it around a stretchy headband
*continue step 2 with as many strips as you want I did quite a few so it is pretty fluffy
*if you want it shorter this is when you would cut it
that is basically it.
, it is so simple and it turned out cute(at least I think so)
I need me one of these. They are so cute. Also these are a cute little girl gift!
