Chinese Casserole

1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion
1 pkg. frozen peas, or 1 can peas
2 cups chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup ( I used cream of celery)
1Tbsp milk
2 cups potato chips, finley crushed
Cook hamburger and onion in pan until done.
mix soup with milk.
Place in a 8x8 casserole dish and add on top in layers, peas, celery, soup mixture, and top with potato chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes

*Hints for making cooking easier:
when you get home from the store, seperate the hamburger into 1 lbs and put in serperate bags. you can also pre cook the meat it freezes well. Also a lot of things freeze well. So, chop up your onion and celery and peppers, etc and freeze them in baggies too... makes things way easier*
