Tomato & Cheese Pasta Skillet

1 can italian style tomato sauce
1 3/4 cup water
1 package small pasta shells
2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
In an 8 inch skillet mix tomato sauce, water pasta & onion. Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat to (med-low)
cover and simmer 12 mins stirring occassionally
Sprinkle cheese & cook until cheese is melted
* I used orzo pasta instead of shells*
***Rated: Kirk 1.5 it was just to thick hard to go down. Kelli: 1 lets just say I didn't eat it and we threw the rest away***
** I guess icky dinnners goes a long with testing recipies :) **
