Mandarine Orange Chicken
Chicken breasts cut into strips/shredded
1 1/2 tsp dried basil leaves
1/4 tsp salt
Dash ground red pepper
1 TBsp butter
1 medium onion
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 can mandarine orange segments, drained
2 TBsp liquid drained from oranges
1 tsp cornstarch

1)Sprinkle chicken with basil, salt and ground red pepper
2) in sillet melt butter add chicken and cook, add onion
3)cook until chicken is cooked
4)in small bowl mix broth, liquid from oranges, and cornstarch mix until smooth and add to skillet
5)Cook and stir till bubbly
6) gently stir in orange segments

**We ate it over rice the first night and over a salad the second night**
