Fork and Knife meatball sandwiches
3/4 lb ground beef
9 oz of spinach
1 slice whole wheat breadd torn into small pieces
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tp italian seasoning or 1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
1 egg or 2 egg whites
2 cups tomato pasta sauce
1 loaf french bread
1/2 cup mozarella cheese
2 TBs parmesan cheese

1)Heat oven to 425 degrees
2) n medium bowl mix ground beef, spinach, bread crumbs, onion powder, italian seasoning and egg.
3)Press mixture into 8x6 inch rectangle pan, cut into pieces but don't seperate
4)bake 10-15 mins or until meant balls are firm and cooked, drain and seperate meatballs
5)in saucepan heat sauce and add meatballs and stir
6)cut french bread into sections, fill bread with meatballs and sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese

**I didn't use the spinach**
