Chicken Nachos

*cook and shred 1 chicken breasts

*Melt 3 Tbsp butter
*Wisk in 3 Tbsp flour
*gradually wisk 1 1/4 cup milk until smooth
*wisk in 1 cup of Pepper Jack Cheese until smooth
*Add 1/2 can of chilies, can of stewed tomatoes (I don't like the tomatoes so I picked out the big peieces), 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

*on cookie sheet layer chips then top with half cheese sauce, 1/2 can black beans, 1/2 chicken and repeat
*top with shredded cheddar cheese
*bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees

**next time i make this i probably won't cook the chips with it... they got soggy so I would cook everythign else then just dip the chips in it**
