1 pkg Macaroni & Cheese
1 lb Ground Beef
1 pkg taco seasoning
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup salsa

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare Macaroni & Cheese as directed on the package. While Macaroni is cooking, brown meat and drain. Add taco seasoning mix and water to meat and simmer.

Stir sour cream into prepared Macaroni & Cheese. Spoon half of the dinner mixture into 8 inch or 9 inch round baking dish; top with a layer or meat mixture and 1 cup of cheese then remaining dinner mixture. cover.

Bake 15 mins top with salsa and remaining cheese. Bake uncovered an additional 5 mins or until cheese is melted.
