Monday's Menu: Tator Tot Casserole

It really is hard to cook for 2 people and a little one who is becoming such a picky eater..We always have so many leftovers. So I have just decided to cut everything in half and hope that it works out. Here is the full recipe though

Tator Tot Casserole

1 package Tator Tots
1 lb browned hamburger
2 cans cream of mushroom ( or can mushroom and one can celery)
1 cup milk or whatever consistency you desire
shredded cheese

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2) Put package on tator tots in a 9x13 pan
3) add hamburger on top
4) Mix milk and soup
5) put soup mixture on top
6) cover with cheese
7) cook for about 30 minutes
(optional: you may add vegetable to it also)

Today's Menu is: Easy, only a few ingredients, and delicious

Could this work with cream of chicken? I can't believe you can eat cream of mushroom..... Think about it!

Do you brown the hamburger first. Sounds good.
