Ground beef
Carrots
Potatoes
Cheese
Tin-foil
Salt, Pepper, Season-All, & Onion Salt
1. Cut up the carrots and slice the potatoes into thin slices.
2. Put some potatoes, carrots, cheese, and small bits of hamburger on some tin-foil.
3. Season
4. Wrap up food in Tin-Foil
5. Cook in tin-foil at 450 degrees for 50 minutes!

My family has always done variations of this when camping... never thought of doing it at home! Thank you for sharing your "Monday's Menu"- practical, and your little ditty at the end is always cute:)
Love these. You can pre-cook the carrots and potatoes a little first and they don't take as long. Did they get cooked all the way. You can also add onions etc. Very good.
