I originally got the tutorial from this blog
I did mine a little differently. I didn't put in a foam board I just covered the cardboard with some black material. Then I cut out a heart and traced it with a pencil
It was actually pretty easy. They hardest part was getting the heart outline perfect. I also cut out the word love from felt and glued that on too. Here is the final project
