Remember this cute pumpkin Book?
The other day at DI I bought me a book so I could make my self one.I just used scissors to cut this book it was a pain in the neck and I didn't get it shaped very well. But I consoled myself by saying that pumpkins come in all shapes and sizes too... Right?
I used some orange ink and rubbed the edges then I burned a few with a lighter. I like the way it turned out.
Such and easy cute fall decoration.

It is so cute!

I wanted to do one. So, I did. I wanted a bigger frame though. One that I could show last year's Halloween Photo in.
I already had a green color of paint so that is what I used.
Here is the finished product with last year's picture.
We were the Potter's Lilly, James and Harry Potter!

Their Pin, My Way #1

Conference this last weekend was amazing and we did do a few of the things I pinned.
We did the words on buckets idea.

Ours was slightly more...well cheap and less crafty...
We used cups and post-it notes.

But it worked just as well. The kids listened so well and then during the break they got to run out all their sugar outside.We also saw a great idea about building a tent before conference and talking about King Benjamin and how they had their tents and the doors were open to listen to the King. I loved the idea. (here)
So we made out own tent. The kids had a ball listening in it and building it.Such great conference ideas. Thanks Pinterest!
